1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you access or use ISHBiz.UK, including the homepage, revision modules, quizzes, flashcards, exam practice, the ISHBiz Answer Coach, student progress tools, revision downloads, Teacher Hub tools, contact forms, and Community Sponsorship applications.

2. Free student use

ISHBiz.UK is free for students. Students may use the website for personal revision, independent study, homework, intervention, and exam preparation.

3. Sharing public student pages

Anyone may share links to ISHBiz.UK's public student pages, display the website for revision support, and direct students to specific modules.

This permission is link-based only. It does not give permission to copy the content into another website, learning platform, workbook, commercial resource, AI tool, social media resource bank, or paid product.

4. Content protection and prohibited use

Unless you have written permission from Ms. Haider, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, download in bulk, scrape, extract, or redistribute ISHBiz.UK content;
• sell, license, upload, or publish ISHBiz.UK content elsewhere;
• remove copyright notices, rebrand the materials, or claim the work as your own;
• use the site content, wording, activities, question banks, model answers, resources, structure, badges, dashboard design, or distinctive learning flow to create a competing resource;
• use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or bulk collection methods to copy content;
• use ISHBiz.UK content to train, fine-tune, populate, or improve an AI system, database, app, or commercial learning platform without written permission.

5. Accounts, progress, and leaderboard

Students may use sign-in features to save progress. Leaderboard display is optional. Students can hide their entry, change their display name, or delete their leaderboard entry using the controls provided on the website.

6. Accuracy and exam support

ISHBiz.UK is designed to support the Business qualifications clearly identified on each course page. It is not a guarantee of exam results. Students should still follow their school's guidance, read official awarding-body materials, and practise assessment-style questions.

7. Answer Coach and certificates

The ISHBiz Answer Coach is a free automated writing check that runs in the user's browser. It identifies visible structural features such as application, reasoning, balance, judgement and terminology. It does not verify factual accuracy, award or estimate a mark, provide an official grade, or replace teacher feedback.

ISHBiz.UK achievement certificates recognise progress within the website. They are not examination certificates, regulated qualifications, school awards, or evidence that an awarding body has assessed the student.

8. Teacher Hub class lists

Cold Call ISHBiz Wheel class lists are saved in the local browser. Teachers should use the minimum information needed, preferably first names and surname initials, and should clear saved classes before returning a shared device. ISHBiz.UK does not provide cloud backup or recovery for these class lists.

9. Community Sponsorship

ISHBiz.UK is a mission-led educational platform. The Community Sponsorship fee is for 12 months. Payment is required before sponsorship begins, and renewal is not automatic unless separately agreed in writing. Approved businesses in joining positions 1- receive Founding Partner recognition; later approved businesses receive Community Sponsor recognition.

By supplying approved materials, a sponsor gives ISHBiz.UK permission to display its business name, logo, factual description and official website link for the agreed sponsorship period. Sponsors may check those supplied details for accuracy but do not control educational content, examination guidance, model answers or lesson materials.

ISHBiz.UK does not share student information with sponsors. Sponsorship does not guarantee impressions, traffic, clicks, enquiries, leads, customers or sales. Sponsorship payments are commercial sponsorship fees and are not charitable donations.

ISHBiz.UK may reject an unsuitable application and may remove a sponsor in accordance with the written sponsorship agreement, including where content becomes unsuitable for a school-age audience. A site-wide sponsor logo ribbon will launch only when at least approved active sponsors have joined and meet the published display checks.

10. Availability

ISHBiz.UK aims to stay available and reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted because of updates, hosting issues, third-party services, or technical problems.

11. Reporting copying or misuse

If you believe ISHBiz.UK content has been copied or misused, please contact MsHaider@ishbiz.uk with details and links.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website grows or if separate services are added in future.
