ISHBiz.UK uses functional local storage for features such as saved progress, completed sections, written answers, timing boxes, the last course and task visited, text size, line spacing, reduced movement, theme choice, sound choice, cookie choice, leaderboard preferences, the daily website-visit marker, the current-session rating marker, and Teacher Hub cold-call class lists. The public visit and rating figures are aggregate totals and are not linked to student answers or scores. Cold-call names remain only in the browser where the teacher saves them.

3. Analytics storage

ISHBiz.UK loads Google Analytics only if you choose Allow analytics. It records page visits and fixed navigation events such as qualification choices, revision-route starts, diagnostic starts, workspace sections, and printable-sheet actions. ISHBiz.UK does not add names, email addresses, answers, scores, question text, or saved progress to these analytics events. Advertising storage and advertising signals remain disabled, analytics is not used for advertising, and student data is not sold.

4. Third-party services

The website may use trusted services such as Netlify, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Drive links, and EmailJS for contact and Community Sponsor application forms. EmailJS is used only when a visitor chooses to submit a form. The local ISHBiz Answer Coach runs in the browser and does not send a written answer to an external feedback service.
